PLEASE AVOID BudgetAir. Very bad experience with BudgetAir. Very very bad experience. BudgetAir is pathetic. I booked a flight last year from Melbourne to India (Malaysian airlines) in Oct 2019, the ticket had my a part of my last name truncated and when I went to the check in, they denied boarding asking me to correct the name and only the agency in this case BudgetAir can do it. Airline paid budgetair ticket price back with proof due to coronavirus, But budgetair still hold it for almost half year and don't pay me back, I even called my bank to investigate it, they reply me that budgetair doesn't want to pay me, I have to contact them, but budgetair never pick my phone. budgetair belongs to Travix and this company bought by Chinese company called Ctrip, Chinese is 携程.

Being trip adviser I trusted the travel companies that came up in the results. Without so much as a thought, I booked my ticket via budgetair.com. After payment, didn’t receive an e-ticketwell it never arrived (I paid on Tuesday and its now Saturday night) I’ve sent a few emails and tried calling them tonight. I don’t mean to just whinge and right a negative review here, I would like to warn others not to use this travel agent, it’s not just inefficient like you may have read in past reviews but it’s also fake.
